The adhesive tape cutting process

In our cutting workshop, we offer custom adhesive tape rolls. The slitting machines feature single or double blades, each equipped with an automatic programming touchscreen that allows for precise blade depth adjustment based on the desired width and length.

Depending on the material, various widths are available, ranging from 1.5 mm to logs of up to 1,600 mm. Selection can also be made based on the size of the chosen core. The core is the central cardboard part that holds the log and adhesive rolls together. The smallest core sizes range from 25 to 50 mm, while the standard core is 76 mm.

A wide variety of custom-cut substrates are available: single and double-sided, in polypropylene, PVC, cloth, polyester, aluminum, paper, non-woven, kraft, adhesive cloth, adhesive foams, adhesive films, and more.
