Adhesive cutting capacity
The engraved rotary tool allows for the strictest tolerances. The chosen material is cut by the rotary tool into smaller parts, shapes, or perforations. It allows for the cutting of both simple and complex shapes.
The rotary tool offers a high production rate because it operates at high speed. It is suitable for large production runs and thicker or larger pieces.
This transformation process provides great precision for custom-made, high-quality parts.
In our machine park, we have 5 rotary cutters. They ensure high production volumes, each with its own unique features.
Our rotary cutting capabilities allow us to create adhesive dots on all types of adhesive rolls, offering great flexibility in material choices. We combine various materials and substrates, sometimes with extended liners for easy removal. Among the commonly used substrates for cutting dots are single and double-sided adhesives, protective films, fiberglass fabrics, masking papers, aluminum, Velcro®, and 3M™ Dual Lock™ adhesive tapes.
